USEFUL INFORMATION

All deliveries will be sent out on a pallet and dropped kerbside by the driver.

Unopened and resaleable goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery and will be fully refunded when products are received back in a resaleable condition.

Yes, you can collect any order from our warehouse. 

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery days but we do our best to select the best and most reliable couriers we can. 

If there are damages to the products on delivery you must send photos of the damages to info@acorntiles.co.uk on the day of delivery and we will send out replacements for the damages or a credit.
